1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using evolvewithrashi.com (the "Website"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Website.

2. Services

EvolveWithRashi provides investigative intelligence services including but not limited to: Pattern Sessions, Career Pattern Diagnostics, Handwriting Pattern Analysis, LeakMap investigations, training programs, and digital courses. All services are diagnostic and investigative in nature. EvolveWithRashi does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD) on the Website. Payment is processed via Razorpay. For live sessions, payment must be completed before the session is scheduled. For B2B engagements, 50% advance and 50% on delivery, net 7 days for final payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Refunds on Completed Sessions

Live sessions, once conducted, are non-refundable. For asynchronous services (Handwriting Analysis, Career Pattern Diagnostic), reports once delivered are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including the Pattern Intelligence Method, the 8-step investigative framework, the 12 Behavioral Loops, the 14 Career Decision Loops, and all written materials, is the intellectual property of EvolveWithRashi. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Minors

For services involving individuals under 18 (Career Identity Discovery for Teens, Parent-Child Career Alignment), parental/guardian consent is mandatory. At least one parent/guardian must be present during opening and closing checkpoints. All sessions are recorded for safety. All communications CC the parent/guardian. These services are diagnostic and non-therapeutic.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
