Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Live Sessions (Pattern Session, AI Transition Leadership, Return-to-Work, Parent-Child Alignment)

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Sessions once conducted are non-refundable.

2. Asynchronous Services (Handwriting Pattern Analysis, Career Pattern Diagnostic)

Payments for asynchronous services are non-refundable once the report or assessment has been delivered. If the service has not yet been delivered, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment.

3. Digital Courses (RCA Course)

Course access is non-refundable once the learner has accessed Module 2 or beyond. If the learner has only accessed Module 1, a full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment.

4. B2B Engagements (Leak Scan, Key Person Dependency, POSH Gap Audit, Training)

50% advance is non-refundable once investigation has commenced. If cancellation occurs before investigation begins, the advance is refundable minus processing fees. Final 50% payment is due on delivery, net 7 days.

5. Institutional Programs

Per the terms of the signed engagement agreement between EvolveWithRashi and the institution.

6. No Discounts

EvolveWithRashi does not offer discounts, promotional pricing, or discount codes. All prices are final.
