Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, payment information (processed via Razorpay), handwriting samples, and assessment responses. We also collect usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process payments and deliver services.
• To generate diagnostic reports and Pattern Briefs.
• To communicate with you about sessions, reports, and offerings.
• To improve our services and Website performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing), Google (analytics and form hosting), and Calendly/Cal.com (session scheduling). All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Handwriting Samples

Handwriting samples submitted for analysis are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of generating your Pattern Analysis report. Samples are not shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and for 12 months thereafter for follow-up and quality purposes. After this period, personal data is deleted unless legally required to retain longer.

6. Minors' Data

For services involving minors, data is collected with parental/guardian consent. All session recordings are stored securely and accessible only to Rashi Mathur. Communications CC the parent/guardian.

7. Your Rights

Under the IT Act 2000 (India) and applicable regulations, you have the right to: access your data, request correction, and request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
