What Happens

90-minute live family facilitation call (parent + child + Rashi):

Phase 1: Neutral ground and ground rules. Rashi as impartial investigator, not advocate.

Phase 2: Surface the unspoken rules. To parent: "Is your preference driven by your child's actual capability, or by an inherited rule that work must follow a traditional security map?" To student: "How does resisting your parents' advice keep you from having to prove your own business model?"

Phase 3: The Family Decision Matrix — an objective framework that separates emotional rules from practical criteria.
